Description:

A special concentrate of fish body oils from deep, cold-water fish including mackerel and sardines which are especially rich in the essential Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.

Each soft gel provides 590 mg of total Omega-3 fatty acids consisting of approximately 330 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), 220 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 40 mg of other Omega-3's.

Natural Vitamin E is added to preserve the freshness of the fish oil in the substantial amount of 10 IU per capsule in the form of d-alpha tocopherol.

Because the fish live in the deep arctic waters, which are some of the cleanest waters in the world, the fish oil tests by independent laboratory analysis to be free of detectable levels of contaminants including: mercury, cadmium, lead and 29 pesticides.

Cholesterol-free. Contains no Vitamin A.

Each soft gel contains only fish oil protected with Vitamin E. No preservatives, sweeteners, salt, colors of flavors are added.

As a registered dietitian, I really love this brand of fish oil. It has a higher concentration of EPA + DHA than most other fish oils, and I trust this brand to be free of contamination.

I have been using this product for a year, and I love it. Easy to swallow and does not have any fishy taste. Excellent !!!!

Amount of Omega-3 oil misstated Aug 10, 2010
I bought this product because I saw "1000 mg" on the label. However, the detailed label shows that the product has just 600 mg of Omega-3 oils. Comparing the labeling approach to other companies, other companies would label this as 600 mg, not 1000 mg.

DAB Nutrition never shipped my order Jul 21, 2010
On July 12 2010 I ordered Glycomaize from DAB Nutrition with a shipping date of July 13 or 14 and with an arrival period from July 16 to 21. By July 18 I still hadn't received the email notifying me that my "order has shipped" so I wrote an email to DAB's customer service. On July 20th (one day before the final day the product was to arrive) I got an email from them saying something like "Oh, sorry. The seller tells us the product is not in stock. Do you want to keep waiting?"

Of course I don't want to keep waiting, as there are many other places from where I can get this product! And thanks for telling me earlier!

Not impressed. I'll never order from these people again, and I suggest you don't either. Oh, and by the way, they are still claiming that the product is "in stock." I'm guessing someone simply flubbed my order and they didn't want to own up to it.

This was my first experience with fish oil.

After taking these, my sense of taste and smell were altered. Everything smelled and tasted awful.

I don't know if I got a bad batch, but it was enough to put me off fish oil. I ended up throwing them out.

I hope you have a better experience.
